Who are we? ...

LEADROPE is a company that offers training sessions on personal development and leadership. For this reason LEADROPE uses a unique approach, viz. working with horses. Horses are ideal creatures to be used in order to develop a good style of leadership and to further improve and perfect this. They are honest, they do not pretend, they give immediate feedback on a good, but also on a wrong approach. Various organizations (a.o. the Police Academy and the Insurance Company Achmea) have already used this method for some time and value the results.

Hans van Randwijk

Hans van Randwijk returned from the USA to the Netherlands in 1998 after his studies communication/ behavior in Colorado.
This specialist with horses boasts of an experience of many years coaching people and horses. Hans regards life and work respectfully. Hans has a challenging style in his work and is full of humour. He is confronting, clear and always has an eye for both the hard and the soft side.
