Program information...
A training session may consist of the following items:
- An intake interview,
- A two-day training, (participants are advised to stay overnight)
- A conversation with a supervisor
- And a follow-up day.
The contents of this training session are tailor made in co-operation with the client and adapted to the personal goals and those of the organization.
Team coaching routes are also possible on request.
Number of participants: 8 to 12 persons.
We also offer fully catered training sessions in Portugal and Ireland with a minimum of 10 participants.
